44000 — Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms carefully before using 44000. Continued use of the platform means you have read and agreed to all the Terms set out here.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 44000 platform ("Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any services offered by 44000, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
44000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without specific prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the 44000 platform is subject to full acceptance of these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform's services. 44000 does not accept users below the minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
By clicking the "Register" button or any available registration button, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- You understand that online betting involves financial risk.
- Your use of the platform is entirely at your own initiative and risk.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use 44000 and must cease all use immediately.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 44000. Creating multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid mobile number, and an active email address. This information is used for identity verification and transaction processing. 44000 uses SSL encryption to protect your data in transit.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keep your account password confidential.
- All activity on your account, whether carried out by you or by someone else.
- Notify 44000 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
44000 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
As a 44000 platform user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Transferring, selling, or handing over your account to another party.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
- Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised advantages.
- Distributing harmful, threatening, or offensive content through any of the platform's communication channels.
Any violation of the prohibitions above may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and 44000 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on 44000 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and debit cards issued by licensed Malaysian banks.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform at the time of transaction. All deposits are credited to the user's account once successful payment confirmation is received from the payment provider. 44000 does not store users' payment card information.
Withdrawals
Users are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a valid government-issued ID. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to platform policy.
44000 reserves the right to hold or review any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Transactions that violate any applicable Malaysian law may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
44000 makes no guarantees of profit from any betting activity. All betting activities carry financial risk. The platform accepts no liability for financial losses, service disruptions caused by technical factors beyond our control, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
In the event of technical disruptions, odds display errors, or system issues that affect the validity of a bet, 44000 reserves the right to void and refund the affected bets at its sole discretion.
Account Suspension & Closure
44000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without notice, if any of the following apply:
- Breach of any part of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected.
- Requests from relevant legal authorities.
- Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in the platform's policy.
Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending further investigation. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact the 44000 support team at [email protected] for a review.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 44000 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and source code — is the exclusive property of 44000 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Services
44000 may display links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. The platform is not responsible for the policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and discretion.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
44000 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
